Income

Hourly income schedule change 

This example editing of an hourly income for a schedule change is based on the income added in Add example #2: active, hourly.

In this example, you have been asked to work on Friday, 5/9/2025, instead of Thursday, 5/8/2025. This change will not affect your paycheck since the number of hours in the week will not change.  Making this change in your cash plan is optional.

Open Weekly Schedule Changes window
  • Right-click on the income to open the pop-up menu.
  • Click on Weekly schedule change to display the Weekly Schedule Changes window.

  1. Navigate to the week in which the schedule change happens.
  2. Change the Regular hours to the new work schedule.
  3. Click on either Save & Change Another or Save & Exit
