Voiding a transaction register entry

You can void withdrawal register transactions that have not yet cleared (no X in the Clrd column). Add transactions cannot be voided.

Transaction register pop-up menu

In the Transaction Register window:

  • right-click on the withdrawal entry being voided to display the pop-up menu;
  • click on Void.
Serious? message box

In the Serious? message box, click on the OK button. The amount of the withdrawal entry is added to the Unallocated ledger.
