Adding future amount changes

You use future amount changes to update planned bill payments when a change to a bill payment is in the future; after the first column in your cash plan.

In this example, the mortgage payment is being increased to $1,600.00 starting with the payment after the next payment.

To change the future payment amounts:

Right-click on the bill in your cash plan to open the pop-up menu;
Click on Future amount changes to open the Bill Future Amount Changes window.

In the Bill Future Amount Changes window, click on the add icon to display the New Bill Payment dialog box.

In the New Bill Payment dialog box:

If needed, enter a Description;
Enter the New amount;
Select the Start date;
Select the Lifespan of the change which in this case is the default No end date;
Click on the OK button.

Back in the Bill Future Amount Changes window, click on the exit icon.

The future mortgage payments are updated in your cash plan
