How to start an add 

How to start adding an income to your cash plan is the same for all types of income.

Open the Income slider

On the slider bar, click on the Income button to open the Income slider. In the Income slider, click on the Add button to display the New Income window.

The New Income window has four columns that are configured differently for each type of income being added:

  1. Description
  2. Net pay
  3. Pay periods
  4. Paydays
Configure window for the income

To configure the New Income window for the type of income being added, you select the new income's:

  1. Type, and
  2. Check amounts.
Type Check amounts
Active (earned) Always the same, or nearly the same (Example #1)
Based on time worked during each pay period (Example #2)
Unpredictable (Example #3)
Portfolio Unpredictable
Passive (inactive) Always the same, or nearly the same (Example #4)
Unpredictable
