Auto-fill lists

The descriptions and memos that you enter in You Need A Cash Plan are saved by the program to be used to automatically complete your future entries. The lists of saved descriptions and memos in each cash plan can get extensive. You can periodically review these lists to delete entries that you no longer need. 

Plan admin menu

Start by opening the Plan admin menu, hovering over Auto fill lists and then clicking on either Delete descriptions or Delete memos.

Auto fill descriptions

In the Auto Fill Descriptions or Auto Fill Memos window:

  1. Individually check the items to be deleted
  2. Limit the list to those items starting with the selected letter (All checked items are unchecked when you switch to a different letter selection)
  3. Use the checkboxes to check or uncheck all items on the displayed list
  4. Click on the OK button to delete all checked items and exit
