This Privacy Policy describes the data practices of the YNACP Teacher Preparation plugin, published by George B Gilbert.

1. Information Collected by YNACP Teacher Preparation

YNACP Teacher Preparation itself does not collect, store, transmit, or share user information outside ChatGPT.

The plugin does not operate an external YNACP or 2 Good Software server to receive information entered by users while using YNACP Teacher Preparation.

2. Information Used During Teacher Preparation

To prepare a lesson, a user may provide information within ChatGPT that is relevant to the requested Teacher Preparation work. Depending on the lesson and request, this could include information such as:

- course or class schedules;
- class period length;
- number of students;
- student level;
- lessons already taught;
- schedule changes; or
- other information the user chooses to provide for the preparation task.

YNACP Teacher Preparation may use information provided in the ChatGPT conversation to perform the requested task, but the plugin itself does not transmit that information to George B Gilbert, YNACP, 2 Good Software, ynacp.com, or another external service.

3. External Storage and Retention

Because YNACP Teacher Preparation itself does not collect or transmit user information outside ChatGPT, the plugin does not maintain an external database of information entered by users and does not independently retain such information on YNACP or 2 Good Software systems.

Accordingly, YNACP Teacher Preparation does not maintain a separate plugin-operated process for deleting information from an external YNACP database because the plugin does not create such a database.

4. Sharing of Information

YNACP Teacher Preparation itself does not sell, rent, or share user information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.

The plugin does not transmit user information to YNACP, 2 Good Software, ynacp.com, or other outside services as part of its Teacher Preparation functionality.

5. ChatGPT and OpenAI

YNACP Teacher Preparation operates within ChatGPT.

Information entered into ChatGPT may be processed, stored, retained, or otherwise handled by OpenAI according to the terms, privacy policies, account settings, and product features applicable to the user's use of ChatGPT.

Those practices are controlled by OpenAI and are separate from the data practices of YNACP Teacher Preparation described in this Privacy Policy.

Users should review the privacy information and settings provided by OpenAI for information about how their use of ChatGPT is handled.

6. Support Communications

If a user contacts YNACP Teacher Preparation support by email, the information the user chooses to include in that email is provided to the support contact.

Email support communications are separate from the plugin's operation within ChatGPT. Users should not send passwords, authentication credentials, financial account information, or other sensitive personal information in support emails.

7. Children and Student Information

YNACP Teacher Preparation is an educational tool, but teachers and other users should avoid entering personally identifying information about individual students unless they have determined that doing so is appropriate and permitted by their school, organization, applicable policies, and applicable law.

The plugin does not require teachers to provide student names or other personally identifying student information in order to perform its ordinary Teacher Preparation functions.

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the functionality or data practices of YNACP Teacher Preparation change.
