These Terms of Service govern the use of the YNACP Teacher Preparation plugin and the educational materials made available through or in connection with it.

YNACP Teacher Preparation and the You Got Paid. Now What? course are provided by George B Gilbert for educational use.

1. Free Educational Use

YNACP Teacher Preparation and the You Got Paid. Now What? course may be used free of charge for educational purposes.

Teachers, schools, educational organizations, students, families, and other users may use the materials for legitimate teaching, learning, classroom preparation, and related noncommercial educational activities.

No purchase or payment is required to use YNACP Teacher Preparation.

2. Ownership and Copyright

The underlying YNACP course materials, including the You Got Paid. Now What? course and associated YNACP educational content, remain the copyrighted and proprietary property of George B Gilbert and/or their respective identified rights holders.

Making these materials available for free educational use does not transfer ownership or copyright to users.

Except for the educational-use permission granted by these Terms, all rights are reserved.

3. Permitted Educational Use

Users may use YNACP Teacher Preparation and the YNACP course materials for legitimate educational purposes, including:

- preparing to teach the course;
- teaching or presenting course material to students;
- using course materials as part of classroom or educational activities;
- preparing materials expressly contemplated by the course for educational use; and
- studying or learning from the course materials.

Reasonable copying, displaying, or distribution of materials to students participating in an educational activity is permitted when reasonably necessary for that educational use, provided copyright and ownership notices are not removed or misrepresented.

4. Prohibited Uses

Free educational use does not grant permission to:

- sell or license the YNACP course materials;
- charge others for access to copies of the course materials themselves;
- commercially exploit the course materials;
- republish or redistribute the course materials to the general public as a substitute for obtaining them from an authorized source;
- claim authorship, ownership, or copyright in the course materials;
- remove or alter copyright, attribution, or ownership notices for the purpose of misrepresenting the source or ownership of the materials; or
- reproduce, package, distribute, or present the course materials as another person's or organization's own product or publication.

These restrictions do not prohibit ordinary teaching activities or reasonable distribution to students as permitted under Section 3.

5. YNACP Teacher Preparation

YNACP Teacher Preparation is intended to assist teachers with preparation tasks associated with the You Got Paid. Now What? course.

The plugin may generate or prepare materials in response to a user's instructions. Users remain responsible for reviewing generated material and determining whether it is appropriate for their particular students, classroom, school, organization, jurisdiction, and educational setting.

6. No Professional Advice

YNACP Teacher Preparation and the YNACP educational materials are provided for educational purposes. They are not a substitute for individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice.

7. Availability and Changes

YNACP Teacher Preparation and the associated educational materials may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued.

These Terms may also be updated from time to time. The version published on this page will identify its effective date.

8. Third-Party Platform

YNACP Teacher Preparation operates within ChatGPT. Use of ChatGPT and its services is also subject to the terms, policies, and practices of the platform provider.

These Terms govern the YNACP Teacher Preparation plugin and the YNACP materials and do not replace or modify the terms governing the ChatGPT service itself.

9. Termination of Permission

The educational-use permission granted by these Terms may be terminated for a user who materially violates these Terms, including by selling, commercially exploiting, misrepresenting ownership of, or improperly redistributing the protected YNACP course materials.

Termination does not affect the copyright or ownership rights of George B Gilbert or other identified rights holders.
